Biography

Dr. Carter-Templeton received her Ph.D. in nursing from The University of Tennessee Health Science Center. Her doctoral preparation included directed studies in the areas of decision support systems, healthcare theory, program evaluation, case study, and focus group methodology

Research Intrest

Dr. Carter-Templeton has published and presented nationally and internationally related to her research interest areas of informatics, information literacy, and evidence-based practice. She is currently conducting research in the areas of information literacy and healthcare information technology.
