Biography

monitor&control subsystem of three satellite-based communication systems: APSTAR 1, APSTAR 1A and APSTAR IIR.  In charge of the tender invitation, testing and installation of the baseband and data-processing subsystem of APSTAR V and APSTAR VI. 03/1999 – 05/2001 China Academy of Space Technology, Beijing, China Engineer. Involved in the design of an ASIC for high-bit-rate data RS coder-decoder. Involved in the design of a communication controller for a satellite communication subsystem. Participated in a SEA STAR project as a key member. 06/1994 – 08/1996 No. 734 Factory of Electronics Industry of China, Mianyan, Sichuan, China Assistant Engineer . Participated in a wide band optical communication system project as a key member; designed a FPGA-based controller. Involved in the design of control units for wired communication equipment. Awards 2007 act as a team leader, take part in “2007 Synopsys EDA National Competition” (China) , won silver medal 2006 “Best theory” issued by Communications Integrate Circuit Committee 1998 Science Development Prize (first class) issued by the Government of Sichuan Education experience: Visiting Scholar, 2016: University of California at Santa Barbabara
