He achieved his law undergraduate degree at Galatasaray University (2001). He obtained an LL.M. at College of Europe (Belgium, 2003) in the field of European Community Law, and another LL.M. at the London School of Economics and Political Science (UK, 2006). He completed his Ph.D. at Vienna University (Austria, 2010).
