Vice-Chancellor, Eternal University, Baru Sahib, Himachal Pradesh since August 14, 2013. Organized two convocations for the year 2013 and 2014. Started new programmes in B. Sc.(Hons) Ariculture, B. Tech. Food Technology, Electronic and Electrical Engineering, M. Tech. Renewable Energy. Organized a national symposium “Applications of Recent Advances of Biotechnology for Crop Improvement” at Baru Sahib on July 12, 2014. Chaired a meeting of the newly constituted Expert Committee on Crop Molecualr Breeding” of Department of Biotechnology, Govt. India July 9-11, 2014, at Baru Sahib and Centre of Excellence in Innovative Biotechnology at PAU, Ludhiana on March 4, 2015. Compiled Students Hand Book of the Eternal University containing all the rules and regulation from the admission in an undergraduate programme to the award of Ph. D. The Eternal University has been rated as the best Private University in Himachal Pradesh for girl studends and diversity of courses offered by Seasonal Magazine. Received and implemented research and infrastructure development grants from DBT, Ministry of Science & Technology, and Ministry of Food Processing Industry, New Delhi. Developed and streamlined rules and regulations for attraction and retention of best faculty from India and abroad. Got associated more than 30 distingusihed Non-Resident Indian Professors from advanced institutions abroad as Adjunct Professors for transfer of Technology and training faculty and students.
