Biography

She received her undergraduate degree in physics from Bogazici University in 1975, her M. S. and Ph. D. degrees from Ä°stanbul University in 1979 and 1983 respectively. Her main area of research is experimental solid state physics. She has worked on electrical and optical properties of amorphous and chalcogenide materials.
