Assistant Professor
Department of Kinesiology
Azusa Pacific University
United States of America
Greg Bellinder, M.S., joined Azusa Pacific in 2014 as an adjunct professor in the adapted physical education program, then became an assistant professor in fall 2016. His passion is the inclusion of students with disabilities in physical education classes with their nondisabled peers. He teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in PE and adapted PE, and is the program coordinator for the adapted PE program. Prior to joining APU full time, Bellinder worked for a Southern California school district for 11 years as an adapted PE specialist, teaching physical education to students with wide-ranging disabilities. He and his wife, Beth (an APU alum), have been blessed with four amazing children. In their free time, Greg and Beth enjoy leading middle school youth groups at their local church, and Greg facilitates the inclusion of special-needs youth into the student ministries at their church.
