Gilla Kaplan , Ph.D . has served as one of our directors since April 1998 and is a member of the Nominating Committee. Dr. Kaplan was appointed Director of the Global Health Program, Tuberculosis, at the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation in January 2014.
