Researcher of XJIPC, born in 1961, Dr. Graduate Education, advisor of Ph.D. student． Participated in a great deal of major projects, like National Natural Science Foundation projects and cooperative project between China National Petroleum Corporation and CNPC Urumqi Petrochemical Complex Chemical Factory．　　Presided over Xinjiang “Torch Plan”, Xinjiang high-tech development project and 9th five-year projects, etc． Now as board chairperson of Xinjiang Association of chemistry, director of Chemical Society and The Chemical Industry and Engineering Society of China．
