Galdino Andrade Filho holds a degree in Biological Sciences from the State University of Londrina (1987) and a doctorate in Microbial Ecology - University of Granada (1995). Has postdoctoral degree from the University of Surrey - UK in environmental risk assessment of genetically modified organisms. And a second postdoctoral fellowship by the USDA - Agricultural Research Service - USA in Analysis of soil health bioindiconators. He is currently an Associate Professor at the State University of Londrina. He has experience in the area of Agronomy and Microbiology, working mainly on the following topics: environmental risk analysis of GMOs, functional groups of microorganisms such as bio-indicators of soil health, mycorrhiza, rhizosphere and microbial community. It also acts in innovation projects in the development of bioprocesses for the control of bacteria and fungi in plant and multiresistant bacteria of humans, such as KPC, Acinetobacter, MRSA. It also develops inoculants based on arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi and biomolecules that promote growth and resistance induction in plants
