Frank was encouraged to further his academic career in through his studies in Theology with a focus on issues affecting Pacific Island communities. On completing his PhD, he was appointed to the College in 2010 and took up the position of Dean, Tikanga Polynesia in 2011. In this role, he provides theological education, training in ministry formation, pastoral and managerial leadership for students in Tikanga Polynesia.
