International Production Management Trainee, Bayer AG, Leverkusen. Various roles in Bayer AG plants in Beijing, China and Lerma, Mexico. Head of Innovation Management in the OTC sector, Bayer HealthCare (Morristown, NJ, USA). Since 2006 Professor of Pharmaceutical Technology at Fulda University of Applied Sciences.
