Biography

Dr. Fazal Subhan is Professor of Pharmacy at the Department of Pharmacy, University of Peshawar, Pakistan. He obtained M.Pharm (1985) and M.Phil (1992) in Pharmacology from the Faculty of Pharmacy, University of the Punjab, Lahore. He earned PhD in Neuropharmacology from the Welsh School of Pharmacy, Cardiff University, UK.  has a wide experience in teaching and research. He was appointed as a lecturer at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Gomal University (1986). He joined the Department of Pharmacy, University of Peshawar as lecturer (1987) and was promoted to Associate Professor in 2003 and then became full Professor in 2009.   

Research Intrest

Testing compounds from both synthetic and natural origin for its utility in pain, inflammation, pyrexia, depression, anxiety, dependence, tolerance, and vomiting. Currently, neuropathy.
