Ernesto Gore has a degree in Educational Sciences from the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters of the University of Buenos Aires, a Master of Science from the University of Oregon (USA) and a PhD in Economics from the University of Buenos Aires. He is a professor at the School of Business Administration of the University of San Andrés where he currently teaches the courses Behavior in the Organization, in grade. He served as a professor at the University of Buenos Aires and has been visiting professor at Harvard Graduate School of Education, at ESCP Europe in Paris, at IESA in Venezuela and at EGADE in Mexico. Professor Gore is linked to the University of San Andrés since its foundation. He has directed the academic department to which he belongs for nine years and founded the Business Education Center of the University that he directed for more than 10 years. In 2007 he created the Master in Organizational Studies.He has developed a good part of his activity linked to the entrepreneurial training that is his field of practice and research. His books on this subject are usually of reference in Argentina and in Latin America. He is currently working on different research and consulting projects on the role of learning and innovation networks in organizations.
