Biography

Elisabeth Brauner joined the Psychology Department at Brooklyn College in 2003. She received her MA degree from the University of Oldenburg, completed her PhD (Dr.rer.nat.) at the University of Göttingen, and received the Venia Legendi at Humboldt-University in Berlin. Her research addresses questions in industrial and organizational psychology, social psychology, and group and team research. Elisabeth Brauner's teaching includes industrial/organizational psychology, social psychology, cultural psychology as well as research methods in industrial/organizational psychology.

Research Intrest

Transactive memory, communicative processes of social meta-knowledge acquisition, knowledge management in organizations and organizational learning, methodology & specifically interaction process analysis.
