Dr. Edwin Quiñones is currently working as a Professor in the Department of Chemistry, University of Puerto Rico at Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico. His research interests includes Kinetic studies of enzymes engaged in DNA metabolism at the single-molecule level, protein folding, DNA mechanical properties, fluorescence spectroscopy and laser spectroscopy of small molecules. He /she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Edwin Quiñones is the member of many international affiliations. He/ She has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities. He /she has authored of many research articles/books related to Kinetic studies of enzymes engaged in DNA metabolism at the single-molecule level, protein folding, DNA mechanical properties, fluorescence spectroscopy and laser spectroscopy of small molecules.
