Dr. Eda Orhun joined Zayed University in August 2012 as an Assistant Professor of Finance at the College of Business. She completed her Ph.D. in Finance at Vienna Graduate School of Finance and at WU where she worked both as a junior researcher and as a lecturer. She has taught courses in Corporate Finance and served as an academic advisor for Bank Gutmann Seminars and master theses in Vienna. Her research interests include Corporate Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Voluntary Disclosures, Information Economics and Financial Intermediation.
