Biography

Dr. Martha N.N.N. Shikongo-Nambabi is currently working as a Professor in the Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources, University of Namibia , Namibia. His research interests includes Water treatment and sanitation technologies with special attention on sea water as a resource in marine fish processing, Taxonomy and phylogeny of pathogens and spoilage bacteria ,Incidence and control of bacterial and fungal agents of food bone diseases, Microbiological quality and safety of Indigenous foods and beverages; strategies for developing shelf stable product for possible commercialization, Mycotoxins characterisation from millet and Sorghum. He /she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Martha N.N.N. Shikongo-Nambabi is the member of many international affiliations. He/ She has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities. He /she has authored of many research articles/books related to Water treatment and sanitation technologies with special attention on sea water as a resource in marine fish processing, Taxonomy and phylogeny of pathogens and spoilage bacteria ,Incidence and control of bacterial and fungal agents of food bone diseases, Microbiological quality and safety of Indigenous foods and beverages; strategies for developing shelf stable product for possible commercialization, Mycotoxins characterisation from millet and Sorghum.
