Biography

DBT Postdoctoral research project (DBT-RA), co-ordinated from IISc, Bangalore for 4 years (2012-2015) in the Institute of Advanced Study in Science and Technology (IASST), Guwahati. DBT Junior Research Fellowship (DBT-JRF), co-ordinated from University of Pune for pursuing Ph.D. in Biotechnology (2005-2011) in TNAU, Coimbatore. Research fellow under McKnight Project, USA, 2004 in the Department of Agricultural Biotechnology, Assam Agricultural University, Jorhat.

Biotechnology of medicinal and aromatic plants, Metabolomics, Plant cell and tissue culture, Plant – microbe interactions, Commercial biotechnology and science entrepreneurship IPR
