Dr. P. (Peter) is a Professor of Radar and Remote Sensing at the Delft University of Technology.Hoogeboom is He is the principal Investigator for the Dutch FMCW based PanelSAR small sat. Atmospheric radar applications, e.g. remote visibility estimation in fog. Interferometric infrastructure monitoring by satellite synthetic aperture radar.
