Biography

I, Dr. Nabila Gulzar is an Assistant Professor (IPFP) in the Department of Dairy Technology. I completed my B.Sc. (Hons.) in 2009, M.Sc. (Hons.) Food Technology in 2011 and Ph.D (Food Technology) Dairy Technology in 2016 from National Institute of Food Science and Technology, University of Agriculture Faisalabad. I served University of Agriculture Faisalabad as Teacher assistant (TA) for the period of six months in Dairy Technology section in 2013. I actively participated in “Wheat Campaign program” Organized by Ayyub Agriculture Research Institute Faisalabad, Pakistan in 2007.
