Biography

Dr. Shahid is working as a lecturer in the Department of Livestock Production at the University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences. At present, he teaches undergraduate and graduate level courses related to dairy animal production. He holds PhD in Animal Sciences from University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, USA. During his PhD studies, he extensively worked on Dairy Herd Improvement Association lactation records and investigated the risk factors for mortality in US dairy cows. His current research focuses on dairy animal production. He is alsoa HEC approved supervisor for PhD scholars.
