Dr. Muhammad Athar Abbasi completed his PhD Degree in the field of Organic and Medicinal Chemistry from International Center for Chemical and Biological Sciences, HEJ Research Institute of Chemistry, University of Karachi. He has served the Pakistan Council of Renewable Energy Technologies, Ministry of Science and Technology as “Deputy Director”. He has been approved by the Higher Education Commission as PhD supervisor and his name is included in the directory of “Productive Scientists of Pakistan-2007”. He is also recipient of “Research Productivity Award-2008-09, 2010-11, 2011-12, and 2012-13” (consecutive four times) given by Pakistan Council for Science and Technology, Ministry of Science and Technology, Islamabad, Pakistan. He is Editorial Board Member for “Journal of Single Molecule Research” and reviewer of several scientific peer reviewed journals.
