Dr. Michael L. Adams is currently Dean of College of Pharmacy and Health sciences. He is a professor in Pharmaceutical sciences in College of Pharmacy and Health sciences. He completed his Pharma D from Campbell University. He did his PhD in Medicinal Chemistry from University of Washington. Dr. Adams’s research interests focus on the causes and mechanisms for prevention of drug-induced liver disease with particular attention to xenobiotics that cause liver damage after metabolism. He is also interested in the utilization of drugs of abuse.
