Biography

Dr. Kirsten Olsen is currently working as a Senior Lecturer in the Department of School of Health Sciences, Massey univesity , Newzealand. Her research interests includes Organisation and integration of OHS management in organisations. she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Kirsten Olsen is the member of many international affiliations.  She has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities. she has authored of many research articles/books related to Organisation and integration of OHS management in organisations.

Research Intrest

Organisation and integration of OHS management in organisations The role of OHS practitioners' in management of OHS Efficient worker participation in OHS management Evaluation of OHS intervention programmes using realist analysis and programme theory In the area of OHS management I am specifically interested in how organisations can make their worker participation systems and hazard/risk management processes more effective and efficient.
