Biography

Dr. Beck is an Associate Dean for Curriculum and Accreditation and a Clinical Professor at the University of Florida College of Pharmacy. From 1979 to 2004, she was a faculty member at Auburn University Harrison School of Pharmacy and is now Professor Emerita at that institution. She is also Past-President of the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy (AACP). Her professional practice experiences include providing pharmacy consultations in a pediatric neurology clinic and leading a Pharmacokinetic Consultation Service at two medical centers. Most of her career has focused on innovations in pharmacy education and she has led national and international initiatives related to curriculum innovations, faculty development, and assessment.
