Shakhawat Hossain is the Professor of Geological Sciences in Jahangirnagar University.His reserach interest includes Numerical finite element seepage & slope stability modeling by using seep/w & slope/w, Influence of climate change, mineralogy & microfabric on the infrastructures & built environment, Geo-engineering hazards including swelling, shrinkage, settlement.
