Biography

Dongin (Donoven) Kim was Associate Research Scientist in Biomedical Engineering and Yale Translational Research Imaging Center (Y-TRIC) (2014), Internal Medicine from Yale University, New Haven, Connecticut. He did his Postdoctoral Fellow in Biomedical Engineering, Internal Medicine, and Y-TRIC, (NIH T32 training program recipient) (2011-2014) from Yale University, New Haven, Connecticut and Postdoctoral Fellow in Biomedical Engineering (2009-2011) from Georgia Institute of Technology/Emory University, Atlanta, Georgia. He completed his Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics and Pharmaceutical Chemistry (2009) from University of Utah, Salt Lake City, Utah. He did his Post graduation in Masters of Science in Materials Science and Engineering (2002) from University of Florida, Gainesville, Florida and graduation in Bachelor of Science in Applied Chemistry (1999) from Ajou University, Suwon, South Korea.

Development of novel therapeutic and/or diagnostic platform, Chemical synthesis and formulations, Biological (in vitro, and in vivo) validation, Application to various diseases (cancer, heart disease, etc), Translation to the clinical application
