Diego Pando holds a PhD in Political Science and Administration from the Complutense University of Madrid (Spain). He is currently a professor at the School of Business Administration of the University of San Andrés, where he teaches the courses of Introduction to Administration and the Seminar of Graduation Works. In addition, he is a professor in the Governance, Political Management and Public Management Program and in the Master's Program in Technological Services and Telecommunications Management at the university. He has taught in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching at various universities in Argentina. He has published three books, several chapters in books and various articles in specialized journals of recognized prestige in Argentina, Mexico, Chile, Venezuela, Spain and France. He has worked as a consultant in international organizations (IDB, UNESCO, CAF, CLAD, among others) on issues related to the use of information technologies to strengthen public management capacities. He is president of the Argentine Association of Public Administration Studies (2015-2018).
