Biography

Mohamad Diab, Assistant professor at Rafik Hariri University, College of Engineering. He obtained the Ph.D. & D.E.A (Master degree) in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Technology of Compiegne (UTC) in France. He received the BE degree in Biomedical from the Islamic University of Lebanon (IUL).

Research Intrest

His current interests are the biomedical instrumentation and sensors; signal processing (detection, classification, analysis, representation) with application to biomedical signals.

Co-recipient (with Moslem B., Khalil M. and Marque C.) of the Best Paper Award in the ISSNIP BRC Biosignals and Biorobotics Conference 2010, Victoria, Brazil, Jan. 2010, for the work ‘A Wavelet Packet-based Energetic Approach for the Analysis of the Uterine EMG’.
