Biography

He did BA in Industrial Psychology (1988) and BA Hons Industrial Psychology (1989) from North-West University.For MA in Industrial Psychology (1995) he went to University of South Africa. Further he completed PhD Industrial Psychology / Cross-Cultural Psychology from Tilburg University - The Netherlands in 2007. Currently he works as Associate professor in University of Pretoria, SA.

Research Intrest

His research interest area are Personality Assessment, Cross-cultural psychology, Cross-cultural emotions, Assessment Centres (AC) and Situational Judgment Tests (SJT).
