Dennis Allen has been married since 1974 to Nan Corbitt Allen, who is also a TMU faculty member. He served churches in KY, GA and FL as Minister of Music for many years, and also served as Associate Music staff member in several churches. For over 30 years, he has been a freelance writer of Church Music materials, along with his wife, Nan. Allen has served as Asst. Prof. of Worship and Church Music at TMU since 2013.
