Deborah Byrne worked for approximately seven years at Nazareth Hospital on a large telemetry unit. During this time, as an adjunct faculty member at Holy Family University and La Salle University, she taught clinical for Medical-Surgical, Telemetry and Fundamental courses. Byrne graduated from Holy Family University’s MSN program and is currently enrolled in the Ph.D. program at Villanova University. Her graduate study entitled “Internal Motivators of R.N.’s Returning for a BSN” was accepted for publication in Nursing 2013. She presented the study at the Jean Brown Research Conference at Immaculata University.
