Biography

David is a consultant in Restorative Dentistry and a specialist in Prosthodontics after completing specialist training in 1999 at Guy’s Hospital and is now a senior clinician at the Dental School. His expertise is internationally recognised particularly in the treatment of tooth wear. 

Research Intrest

Professor David Bartlett is Head of Prosthodontics at Kings College London Dental Institute. He has published over 100 research publications, written 3 books, numerous chapters, grants in nearly reaching  £2M, 6 PhD students and over 20 master student theses. He is treasurer for the British Division of IADR and Chair of the SAC in Restorative Dentistry which co-ordinates specialist training in the UK. He is also chair of the ethics committee of Guy’s Hospital.
