Dario Abel Palmieri Graduated in Genetics from the National University of Misiones, Argentina (1996), Master (1999) and Doctor (2003) in Biological Sciences (Genetics) by the Paulista State University Júlio de Mesquita Filho. He is an Assistant Professor of the recently created Department of Biotechnology of the Faculty of Sciences and Letters of UNESP of Assis and professor of FCL's Postgraduate Program in Biosciences (Assis) and of the Professional Master's Degree in Biomaterials and Bioprocesses Engineering of FCF (Araraquara) . Has experience in the area of ​​Genetic Resources and Biotechnology, with emphasis on Molecular Biology. Currently coordinates projects related to the dissemination of entrepreneurship and technological innovation in the university environment, as well as projects related to sustainability.
