Biography

Daniel José Galafasse Lahr holds a bachelor's degree in biological sciences from the Institute of Biosciences of USP, a master's degree in zoology from the University of São Paulo, and a Ph.D. in evolutionary biology from the University of Massachusetts. Taxonomy of eukaryotic microorganisms. Its main research line involves evolutionary studies in free-living amoeboid organisms. Graduated from the Ph.D. program in Evolutionary Biology, University of Massachusetts, with dissertation titled "Systematics and Molecular Evolution of the Amoebozoa". Currently, he is a PhD in the Department of Zoology, IB-USP.
