Dalia dos Prazeres Rodrigues has a degree from the Universidade Gama Filho (1974), a Master's degree in Veterinary Medicine - Veterinary Hygiene and Food Processing of Animal Origin - Fluminense Federal University / UFF (1983) and PhD in Sciences (Bacteriology) - Federal University of Rio de Janeiro / UFRJ (1993). She is a Public Health Researcher at the Instituto Oswaldo Cruz / FIOCRUZ, occupying the positions of Head of the Laboratory of Enterobacteria and Coordinator of the Laboratory of National Reference of Bacterial Enteroinfections (CGLAB / SVS / MS). Has experience in the area of ​​Applied Bacteriology, developing projects within the lines of research: Etiology of bacterial enteroinfections; Monitoring and molecular characterization of antimicrobial resistance; Hay and genotype characterization of pathogenicity mechanisms of enteropathogens; Wild animals.
