Biography

  Master’s degree student at George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia. conducting research with Dr. Vicki Blazer and Dr. Luke Iwanowicz at the Leetown Science Center. master’s project is focused on the phylogeographic genetic diversity of the white sucker hepatitis B virus from the Great Lakes. actively involved in other projects, such as describing the fish pathogen Dermocystidium sp. recently found on the East Coast for the first time.
