Biography

Cynthia Abraham is a board-certified obstetrician/gynecologist who completed her residency training at Hofstra University - Northwell Health System in 2012. She worked at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center and Staten Island University Hospital prior to working as an attending physician in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Mount Sinai Hospital. She is an assistant professor in the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Dr. Abraham is a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) and has been a member of national ACOG committees including the Patient Education Review Panel. She is not only dedicated to patient care but also to resident education as exemplified by her involvement in the Association of Professors of Gynecology and Obstetrics (APGO) as a meeting judge and abstract reviewer. She also has a strong interest in clinical research and obstetric simulation.
