Self-Employed/Private Forensic and Clinical Practice, Miami, Florida 2001 to Present Private Practitioner/ Forensic Specialty • Psychological assessments of children, adolescents, and adults. • Forensic psychological evaluations on competency to stand trial, treatment needs, mitigation purposes, insanity, mentally disordered sex offenders (MDSO), Miranda waiver, death penalty cases, and other forensic matters: Juvenile Justice System as well as Adult Criminal System (court appointments and exparte referrals). Also, forensic consultation and court testimony on criminal cases. Furthermore, I have provided testimony in an Atkins Hearing. • Forensic evaluations/expert witness for the 11th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida as well as other Florida counties • Psychological/ Forensic evaluations for the Federal Court System, U.S. Attorney’s Office, and Federal Public Defender’s Office.
