Biography

Dr. Walton did her Phd in Epidermology & is currently serving as an Assistant professor in University of Prince Edward Island.

Research Intrest

Dr. Walton's research focuses on family nutritional health with a focus on food sovereignty and food security aimed at reducing their risk of obesity and chronic disease. Colleen's recent research is with East African farm families and First Nations communities in PEI.
