Biography

Cibele Aparecida Crispim Graduated in Nutrition from São Camilo University Center (1998), Mestre (2003) and PhD (2008) in Sciences by the Graduate Program in Nutrition of the Federal University of São Paulo. He is currently Professor, Associate Functional Class I, on an exclusive dedication, of the Nutrition Course of the Faculty of Medicine of the Federal University of Uberlândia. She was a coordinator (2016-2017) and is a permanent professor of the Postgraduate Program in Health Sciences of the Faculty of Medicine of the Federal University of Uberlândia. He has experience in Nutrition, with emphasis on Nutrition, Metabolism, Chronobiology and Shift Work.
