Biography

Christophe Bedos is a dentist with a PhD in public health. He is an Associate Professor with the Faculty of Dentistry of McGill University and Adjunct Professor with the School of public health of Université de Montréal. His research focuses mainly on access to care for the underprivileged and the development of person-centred dentistry.

Research Intrest

His research program, which is in keeping with Québec's strategy to combat poverty and social exclusion, emphasizes on knowledge translation, which is to say that it seeks to bring tangible public health solutions. Accordingly, Christophe Bedos has developed close partnerships with: 1.community associations involved in poverty; 2.key professional dental organizations; 3.research groups on social inequality and access to care.
