Biography

He is currently working as a Associate Professor at National Chiayi University in Department of Applied Chemistry. He has completed his Ph.D., National Tsing-Hua University. His current Research Area is in Physical Chemistry, Chemical Dynamics. Research Interests includes Laser Induced Phosphorescence. He had 42 publications.
