Biography

He was born in China in 1973. He received the B.S., M.S.,and Ph.D. degrees in electronic engineering from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, in 1996, 1999, and 2006, respectively. From 1999 to 2000 he worked in ZTE Corporation as a hardware engineer. Since 2000, he has been with the School of Electronic Engineering, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province, China, where he is currently an professor. From 2007 to 2009, he worked as a post-doc in the Second Research Institute of Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) on technology of airport surface surveillance. From 2009 to 2010, he worked in Stevens Institute of Technology as a post-doc on signal detection.
