Biography

She is Associate professor in University of Pretoria, SA Since May 1996. She did her B Com (Personnel Management) in 1991, B Com Hons (Personnel Management) in 1992, MCom (Personnel Management) in 1994, PhD (Human Resource Management) in 2011 from University of Pretoria, SA. She has been awarded with Bi-annual award for teaching excellence – 2003/2004, Bi-annual award for teaching excellence – 2005/2006 and Teaching Excellence Reward: Undergraduate level – 2010/2011 in her career.

Research Intrest

Her research interest is in Psychometric and competency testing, Recruitment and selection, Instrument validation and Psychological Ownership.
