Dr. Choi joined the faculty at Bradley University in 1987 after teaching at Utah State University and the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, Tennessee. Dr. Choi has research interests in co-application of durable press resin and fiber reactive dye on cotton fabrics as well as a study of garments that offer protection from ultra violet radiation. Dr. Choi serves as faculty advisor to the student organization, Fashion Focus. She is also active in the Peoria Area Friends of International Students and has served as a volunteer textile expert advisor to the Peoria Historical Society.
