CHANG HSIU - HUA had done her B.S, physical education from Chinese Culture , University ,Taipei,Tauwan,ROC(1991) and  M.S, master of science Education from Henderson State University , Arkansas ,USA(2000 - 2001). She was Associate Professor at Fooyin University (2001 - 2016).
