Carrie S. Cox has served as one of our directors since December 2009 and a member of the Audit Committee since March 2010. Ms. Cox currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Humacyte, Inc., a privately-held regenerative medicine company primarily focused in developing products for vascular disease and for therapeutic filling and soft tissue repair.
