Carlos Henrique Martins da Silva holds a medical degree from the University of São Paulo (1980), a degree in Philosophy from the Federal University of Uberlândia (2000), a medical residency in Pediatrics from the University of São Paulo (1983) and a Master's degree in Medicine (Pediatrics) from the University of São Paulo 1990) and PhD in Medicine (Pediatrics) from the University of São Paulo (1995). He is currently Professor of the Federal University of Uberlândia (Pediatrics Department of the Faculty of Medicine), professor and coordinator of the Sensory, Reflective and Formative Activities. Physician responsible for the Pediatric Rheumatology Service of the FAMED-UFU Hospital de Clínicas. Permanent Professor of the Post-Graduation Program in Health Sciences with a research line on health and bioethics related quality of life
