Biography

Dr. Quincy has been a physician assistant for 29 years. After working clinically in Family Practice for 15 years, she completed a Master of Public Health (Epidemiology concentration) and worked for one year supporting epidemiology research at Walter Reed Army Institute of Research. She was a faculty member in two different Physician Assistant Programs and completed a PhD in Health Sciences (International Health) prior to relocating to Indianapolis in late 2014. She joined the faculty in the Bachelor of Science in Health Science program in 2015. Dr. Quincy is responsible for the Interpretation of the Medical Literature course in the PA curriculum and teaches a variety of courses in the BSHS program, including Healthcare Biostatistics and Healthcare Communication. Her recent scholarship has centered around evidence-based medicine. She has also published original research regarding cervical cancer screening in developing countries.
